  • For meal prep, one week minimum. For cooking classes and charcuterie boards, 2 weeks is ideal. For event catering, I recommend 3-4 weeks, though I'll do my best to accommodate shorter timelines.

  • Absolutely. Many of my clients have households or events where different people have different restrictions. I'm experienced at creating meals or menus that work for everyone.

  • Life happens! For meal prep services, simply give me 1 week notice and we can pause or adjust your schedule. No long-term commitments required.

  • Yes, all ingredients and equipment are provided for cooking classes. You just show up ready to learn and cook!

  • I take food safety extremely seriously. I'm food safety certified, and I've been working with severe food allergies for over 15 years. Your safety is my top priority.
